What is Larazotide Powder?
Larazotide (INN; also known as AT-1001; formulated as the salt with acetic acid).It's a synthetic polypeptide. A polypeptide sequence consisting of eight amino acids, acetate "indicates that its chemical structure contains acetate ions, which are usually modified during drug synthesis to improve the properties of the drug (e.g. solubility, stability, etc.)
Larazotide is a synthetic peptide. It functions as a tight junction regulator and reverses leaky junctions to their normally closed state.

Storage method and duration of the reserve liquid: -80°C, 2 years; -20°C, 1 year (sealed storage, away from moisture). For storage at -80°C, use within 2 years, for storage at -20°C, use within 1 year.
