Bitter Melon Peptide Powder are a class of small molecule peptides or proteins with biological activity extracted from bitter melon.It belong to natural plant protein hydrolysis products. Its molecular weight is usually less than 1000 Da, with low allergenicity and good digestion and absorption properties. It is easily soluble in water, forming a transparent solution, and insoluble in organic solvents. Acid and alkali resistant, stable within pH range of 4-9, may partially degrade at high temperatures.
