What is Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate?
Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a derivative of vitamin C. By derivatizing the 2-hydroxyl group into a phosphate ester, it can enhance the stability of vitamin C. The resulting derivative can be hydrolyzed by phosphatase, which is widely present in the body, to regenerate vitamin C. Therefore, it has become a major component in feed additives, food fortifiers, and whitening in high-end cosmetics. It is a valuable fine chemical.
Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is mainly absorbed into the human body through oral administration or skin, and then rapidly enzymatically hydrolyzed by phosphatase to release vitamin c, thereby exerting the unique physiological and biochemical functions of vitamin c.

Function of Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate
1.It inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, reduces melanin, and has the effect of removing spots and whitening

In infant formula foods, the maximum usage is 0.01g/kg(calculated based on ascorbic acid in oils). In addition, it can also be used as a food nutrient fortifier.
