What is Sunifiram Powder ?
Sunifiram is an experimental pyrrolidine derivative puzzle drug (Nootropical), belonging to a subtype of pyrolidone. Its chemical structure can be seen as a simplified derivative of piracetam, with a smaller molecular weight and more compact structure.

Sunifiram Powder of Production process
The production process of Sunifiram mainly involves organic synthesis.
1.It starting from piperazine, and then reacting the 1-position nitrogen atom of piperazine with benzoyl chloride through N-acylation reaction to produce 1-benzoylpiperazine.
2.Through N-acrylation reaction again, the 4-position nitrogen atom of piperazine reacts with Acryloyl chloride to form the target molecule.
3.Finally, the product is purified using ethanol/water system or column chromatography for recrystallization.
The production process is short, the overall yield is high, and the same reaction is usually carried out at room temperature or low temperature, without the need for high temperature and high pressure.
